Order Cancellation

  • Unshipped Orders: Orders that have been placed but not yet shipped may be canceled. However, please note that due to our use of a third-party warehouse for shipping, we may not always be able to prevent the order from being shipped if we are notified too late. A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for all transactions. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Shipped Orders: Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to

    return the product, please follow the instructions provided below.

Order Return (14-Days)

Unopened Packages:

  • eBikes: Unopened eBikes are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt; however, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The restocking fee and shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer support team, and they will provide you with a shipping label issued by Budget Ebikes.

Opened packages:

  • Unfortunately, opened packages and driven ebikes are not eligible for return.
  • If a returned ebike is found to have been driven, we will hold the package and charge the customer a return shipping fee to return it to them. If the return shipping fee is not paid, the package will be held, and no refund will be issued.

Returning Defective Products

  •  Budget EBikes takes responsibility for the repair, replacement, or exchange of defective eBikes. The decision regarding whether to repair, replace, or exchange the defective eBike is at the sole discretion of Budget EBikes. During this process, Budget EBikes will cover all shipping costs incurred.


  • To initiate a return for a defective eBike, the product must be returned in its original packaging. If the customer has already disposed of the original packaging, it becomes their sole responsibility to secure an appropriate box and packaging materials for the return shipping. The box used for the return shipment should be of similar dimensions to the original packaging, ensuring proper protection of the eBike during transit.
  • Return Process

1. Contact Us:

  • Customers are required to contact Budget EBikes within 14 days of receiving their order to initiate the return process for eligible products.

2. Provide Information:

  • Customers must provide any requested information and documentation as requested by the Budget EBikes team to facilitate the return process.

  • All returns must receive prior approval from Budget EBikes. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and returned to the customer at their own expense.

3. Shipping Instructions:

  • Upon approval of your return request, Budget EBikes will provide you with a shipping label for the return shipment. Additionally, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form will be supplied, which must be included with the returned product. If desired, we can arrange a courier pickup service for your return package at no extra charge. Please notify us if you would like to utilize this service.

  • In cases where the customer has disposed of the original packaging, it becomes their sole responsibility to secure appropriate packaging materials and a box of similar dimensions to the original for the return shipment. Any costs incurred due to using incorrectly sized boxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Inspection:

  • Upon receiving the returned package, our team will inspect its contents. If everything is in order, we will proceed with issuing a refund.

5. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned products have been received and inspected by the Budget EBikes team. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the order placement. The refund process generally takes 3 to 5 business days, and it may take up to an additional 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your financial statements.


    *Please note that any returns sent back without prior approval will be rejected and returned to the customer at their own expense.
